  1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:

    • You may cancel your booking without any charges if the cancellation is made before the driver has started their journey to your pick-up location. To cancel, please contact us promptly through our website. If eligible, a full refund will be processed.
  2. Partial Refunds:

    • If the driver has already begun their journey or arrives at the pick-up location but is unable to collect the freight due to a cancellation made after arrival, or if the shipment is not ready for transport, a partial refund may be available. The amount refunded will be the total service cost minus any expenses already incurred, such as mobilisation costs. Please contact us through our website to discuss your specific situation.
  3. No Refunds After Pick-Up:

    • Once the freight has been picked up, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund. If the shipment must be returned due to a cancellation or change in plans, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
  4. Rescheduling:

    • If you need to reschedule your pick-up, please contact us as soon as possible through our website. Rescheduling before the driver is dispatched will incur no additional charges. However, if the driver has already been dispatched, rescheduling fees may apply.
  5. Processing Refunds:

    • Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the booking.
  6. Exceptions:

    • Refunds and cancellations are subject to our discretion in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, accidents, or other events beyond our control that prevent us from completing the service as scheduled.
